What we’re about
pour. pose explores the concept of karma yoga, focusing on sharing good with the world. By joining a class or workshop, you contribute to something bigger.
Through curated experiences, you deepen your practice in a way that extends beyond the mat: by taking care of yourself, you also support others, as a portion of each class's proceeds is donated to charity.
At its core, pour. pose is about building a community bound by shared values and a collective desire to give back.
Every class, every breath, every movement you take contributes to a better world.

See all- Flow into Autumn: Yoga for Change of SeasonsRue des Cygnes 10, Ixelles€12.00
As we all get “back to school”, the transition might feel challenging: waving an emotional goodbye to our holidays, heading back to our busy schedules, layering up as the air turns crisp, and adjusting back to the rhythm of daily chores and long, overwhelming workdays.
If this hits close to home, yoga might be just what you need.
Join us for a gentle flow in the social space of Café des Cygnes, where we’ll celebrate the seasonal transition and welcome the autumn equinox together. The one hour movement class will be followed by a unrushed conversation over a cup of tea or coffee, included in the class donation. Come for yoga, stay for connections.
Part of the proceeds go for Artistes du Monde for Kids, a social project fostering connections in our Brussels community.
Please note the NGO cafe will be open during the class, so there will be other visitors - possibly including children - in the other part of the space. The event is donation-based, with as a suggested minimum donation amount of 12 EUR.

Into the Fall: Retreat with us to honour the seasons within
As autumn deepens and the air turns crisp, Simone and I invite you to step away from the rush of daily life and join us at the cozy Indrani lodge just an hour away from Brussels. This is a weekend to honour the essence of fall — a season of shedding, shifting, and subtle transformation.
Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and gather what truly matters. It’s a time of quiet change — a space between the fullness of summer and the stillness of winter. A time to return to ourselves.
In this retreat, we’ll explore how to attune to autumn’s rhythm — to release what no longer serves us, to harvest the wisdom of recent seasons, and to root ourselves in stillness. Through guided movement, grounding practices, and shared meals, we’ll create space to reconnect with our bodies.
Walk away from the urgent. We will burn some fire to keep you warm, and discover the beautiful spaces to inhibit which a colder season offers. Whether you're seeking rest, or to reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a supportive space to realign with the rhythms of nature.
Come as you are. Leave feeling centred, inspired, and gently attuned to the sacred cycles around and within you.To reserve your spot, fill in the form.
