12:00 p.m. - 12:15 p.m. - set up computers and top off water bottles
12:15 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - get those words!
1:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. - quick break, chatting quietly for those still writing
1:45 p.m. - 2:50 p.m. - more writing
2:50 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - quick chat as we pack up.
