Weekly Power Walking & Rucking Sessions for Women (40+ / 50+) in Chiswick!

Looking for a fun and effective way to stay fit? Join me every week for a Power Walking (fast-paced walking) and Rucking (walking with added weight) sessions in the Chiswick area!

When: Every Friday at 8.00am
Location / Meet Point: By Chiswick Bridge / crossing between Hartington Rd and Clifford Avenue
Distance: between 4-5km (time: between 35-50min walk)

What is Power Walking & Rucking?
Power Walking is brisk walking that engages your arms to help maintain a strong pace. Rucking takes it up a notch by adding extra weight—whether it’s a weighted belt, a small rucksack, or wrist/ankle weights. The goal is to challenge your body in a low-impact yet highly effective way.
