Do you like to try yoga with a nice group of guys? We have created a new class power yoga 4 men.
What is Power yoga?
Power Yoga originated from the Ashtanga Yoga system and distinguishes from Ashtanga in the way that Power Yoga does not stick to a set sequence of asanas (poses). This makes it a creative and diverse practice to do. Power Yoga is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat.
Benefits from practicing Power Yoga:
- It helps burn out a fair amount of calories which means a burn out of a considerable amount of fat.
- It builds strength, stamina and flexibility but also tones the core and the body.
- Gives your metabolism a boost.
- You become more focused.
- Reduce stress and tension.
When you practice Power Yoga at your level regularly, you will start to notice at least some of these effects within a few weeks.
What if I have never practiced yoga before?
All of our classes are beginner friendly. Remember that everyone was a beginner once. We welcome active beginners just come a little bit earlier to discuss with the teacher or send us an email with all your questions.
What do I need to bring to the yoga classes?
You will need to bring only a big towel with you. We provide all the equipment we are going to use ( mats, blocks, etc.).
Come and try with us. We are waiting you once per month on Sunday 16pm
