These weekly Power Vinyasa Yoga & HIIT Pilates classes are your space to build strength, reconnect to your body, and move forward with intention: physically, mentally, and energetically. Not someday. Not when I feel ready. NOW.

🔥 FRIDAYS — POWER VINYASA YOGA
18:00–19:00 All Levels
A dynamic, strength-based vinyasa class focused on: • Full-body strength & stability • Balance, mobility & flexibility • Breath-led, mindful movement
Expect energizing music, intelligent sequencing, and grounding relaxation — plus essential oil magic in shavasana for that inner glow. Modifications always offered.

💪 SUNDAYS — HIIT PILATES
17:00–18:00 All Levels
A strong, empowering, high-intensity, low-impact interval training using the Pilates principles.• Build deep core & glute strength • Improve posture & muscle tone • Support weight loss & body confidence. Energizing, EDM vibe.
Challenging but accessible. Fun, focused, and results-driven.

Classes are taught in English. Hungarians are very welcome if English works for you — the vibe is warm, international, and inclusive.

ABOUT ME
Bojana — (Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Kids Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates)
International teaching experience across Europe, the Maldives, Panama, San Diego & Luxembourg. Passionate retreat curator (Croatia & Bali in 2026). My classes emphasize strength, flexibility (in body & mind), breath, mindfulness, and empowerment. Yoga is the work-in. Pilates is the workout. Together, they create balance.
