Power Hiking Paris

Welcome to Power Hiking Paris!
Established in 2015, we are the Paris region’s premier international hiking community. We operate as a registered 1901 law non-profit, affiliated with the French Hiking Federation (FFRP), and hold an official Tourism License—making us the only group legally authorized to run large trips in France and abroad.

Every weekend, our international group meets to hike 20–30km across Île-de-France in English at a brisk workout pace:

• Newcomers: 4.5 – 5.5 km/h
• Regular: 5.5 – 6.5 km/h
• Challenging: 6.0 – 7.0 km/h

⚠️ Please Note: Power Hiking is a physical workout, not sightseeing. High physical fitness is required, and our hikes are not suited for everyone.

Our events are organized by trained volunteer leaders who prioritize safety and structure. We protect our members with comprehensive insurance, a strict legal framework, and proven training programs. From online events during COVID to over 1,000 trips organized for thousands of happy members, we are proud to be the #1 hiking group on Meetup in the region.
