Discovering Colmar and its surroundings by bike is undeniably the best way to not miss the charms of the Alsace center. Have a unique cycling experience in the heart of wine-growing Alsace and discover the charms and secrets of traditional villages. Each cycling route around Colmar will make you appreciate the many aspects of this superb region. You will cycle in peace on the cycle paths and the small wine roads.

**Dates :** **2024 June 14 to 16**

**Location :** COLMAR YOUTH HOSTEL (2km from the train station)
**WE Itinerary :** *Please be advised that all itinerary could be adjusted according to weather conditions and unexpected events.*
**• Friday 14 June : (you have to ask for a day off from work)**
\- Journey from Paris to **Colmar** (Direct TGV 2.45 hours)
\- Bike ride to **Kientzheim** & **Kayserberg** (25Km round trip).
**• Saturday 15 June:**
\- train ride to **Selestat,** with the bikes
\- Bike ride to **the castle of Haut Koenigsberg, Ribeauvillié, Riquewihr,** **and back to Colmar** (about 46Km)
**• Sunday 16 June :**
\- Bike ride to **Eguisheim** (25Km round trip)
\- Optional wine tasting
\- Journey back to Paris

**Prices :**

* **130€** if 8 participants + 1 leader
* **115€** if 10 participants + 1 leader
* Hiking Federation membership is required (28.25€)

**Sign up conditions:** You can sign up for this WE away only if you have hiked with PHP at least 3 times in the last 12 months. You have to sign up for the waitlist first.
Details will be sent after you are selected to proceed to the down-payment of 100€. You have 3 days to confirm. After that you will be removed from the participant list if you don't. Train tickets have to be booked individually. ***Be advised that the order you are on the wailist doesn't matter. We reserve the right to select the people who can join our trips.***

**This price includes:**
\- 2 nights B&B accommodation in a Youth hostel in **shared** **twin rooms.**
\- 2 breakfasts
\- PHP Tour leader from end to end
**Not included :**
\- Train tickets: Paris \- Colmar round trip \+ Colmar to Selestat \(on day 2\)
\- All lunches and all dinners\.
\- Bike renting fees \(Regular bike 38€ for 3 days/93€ for EB\)\. You can alternatively bring your own bike but you have to book the train option\.
\- Hiking Federation membership fees \(28\.25 euros\) & Optional travel insurance are not refundable
\- All Admission fees \(optional wine tasting on day 3\) and personal expenses

**Cancellation policy:**
\- Penalty of 10€ if another participant takes over your spot after the event is full\.
\- Penalty of 50€ will be applied if you withdraw before 1 April 2024\.
\- Penalty of 100% if you withdraw after 1 April 2024
\- All the booking not included \(train ticket\, bike renting fees \.\.\.\) you have paid\, are on you\.
\- Hiking Federation membership & optional insurance fees \(Medical assistance & Cancellation\) are not refundable\.
