Saturday Evening Embodied Nonduality New in person groups

This group will take place every Saturday evening From 5 PM to 7 PM. It will be facilitated by Bayon Simmons, a longtime meditator and facilitator at EBHC she has studied in nondual teachings, extensively and experientially with Rupert Spira, Adyashanti, John Pendergast, as well as many others, over 25 years. The aim of this group is to provide support for embodied Nonduality. Through meditation, music, somatic, embodiment exercises, as well as video clips from the Internet.

The group encourages both people who are curious about embodied Nonduality as well as those who are ready to drop in at a deeper level. All donations will be given to EBHC for rent and upkeep of the room. Suggested donation is $5-15 but no one is excluded for lack of funds.
