SESSION #1: Power Automate Approvals Advanced Scenarios by Tomasz Poszytek

Power Automate approvals is a powerful functionality allowing business processes designers to easily assign a task to anyone in the organization and then design process based on the outcomes. Assuming that assigned person can complete the task is a bad idea and can easily lead to failing processes. The built-in options that allow tasks management only by their owners is not always sufficient. If you ever found yourself in a situation where a task wasn't completed because the assignee wasn't able to do it, join Tomasz for this session to learn about approaches for managing tasks. During this session you will learn:

• What is the tasks architecture at a Microsoft Dataverse level
• How to complete, cancel or reassign tasks on behalf of anyone
• How to resume workflows waiting for tasks
• How to complete approvals when a specific number of approvals is met... Stuck task assignments is a bottleneck in every process. Workflows can't proceed because they are waiting for that one last approval.

SESSION #2: Dataverse meets Teams by Jukka Niiranen (in Finnish)

Jukka will discuss what Dataverse for Teams (DV4T) actually is and how it relates to traditional Dataverse. He will demonstrate various app implementations on DV4T and finally presents a few pointers on the known limitations of the Teams based Dataverse environments and how you need to take them into consideration in your solution architecture design.
