Zapraszamy na pierwsze spotkanie grupy C++ w Poznaniu!
Spotkanie odbędzie się w środę 28. Września w sali konferencyjnej Sale Omega przy ulicy Dąbrowskiego 79A (więcej szczegółów wkrótce).
Sponsorem pierwszego spotkania będzie firma IVU Traffic Technologies, która otwiera swoje piersze biuro w Polsce (właśnie w Poznaniu).
Spotkanie rozpoczniemy od godziny 18:00. Po około 15 minutach wprowadzenia rozpoczną się prezentacje:
1. Axel Habermann - "Constructing, maintaining and extending an ORM in C++03 to C++20"
Opis:
"When we initially constructed our object-relational mapper (ORM) in 2009, we were limited to the C++03 feature set. Despite these limitations, we achieved most of our goals. During the following decade, we continuously improved and extended the ORM to achieve better usability, prevent errors and increase performance. Some new C++-Features, introduced with C++11, 14, 17, and 20 helped with this effort. The talk will give an overview of what we did, why, and how. It will also illustrate C++ features we still desire."
BIO:
Studied Computer Science at Technische Universität Berlin, Worked in Network Security until joining IVU Traffic Technologies AG in 2004. Being a C++ Expert, I focus on exploring modern C++ language features to achieve good performance and high quality.
2. Filip Sajdak - "Cpp2 - first impressions"
Opis:
"Herb Sutter on CppCon 2022 presented cppfront and Cpp2 syntax. I will present the results of my first experiments with the new syntax and present the ways you can play with it now.
I will also show my changes to cppfront that give me a possibility to experiment with the new syntax."
