This months Belfast PPUG is virtual once again and it allows us to cast the net further afield. We are delighted to bring an experienced line up to inspire us, perform some demos and take questions throughout.

This month we have two speakers who will take us through gathering requirements, which is a key phase of any project, and also a user journey across several data platforms.

Our running order is :

  1. 10 Steps (in the customer’s shoes) to Gather Requirements Successfully - Christina Matier

"I have spent most of my career as a BA embedded within the business, but having recently moved to partner side of the implementation, I’m excited to share my lessons learned and the practices I apply to gain effective elicitation"

  1. User Story from Excel to SQL to Power BI - Darren Fitzpatrick

"My professional background is heavily routed in data analysis and client/stakeholder reporting. Over the last 10 years I have become well accustomed to the limitations of Excel & SQL as reporting tools and I would love to share how my journey has brought me to Power BI being my preferred BI platform."

Start time is Belfast time 5pm with an estimated finish time of 6:15pm. Feel free to help yourself to some refreshments while you watch!
