Join us for another FREE mindfulness training session. Mindfulness training has many different aspects, in this class we will focus on a rarely taught topic – awareness in daily life & lucid dreaming.
Wake up your consciousness out of the fog of daydreaming, away from the projections of sleeping mind.

What does it take to wake up psychologically in the here and now, transferring that awareness into the world of dreams?

WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle, good walking shoes to be able to walk in the park, be dressed appropriately. We would walk around the park and make stops to discuss our experience and do different practices.
WHO CAN ATTEND: everybody in a relatively good physical shape, being able to walk in the park in current weather conditions.
