Here is a little challenge for those who like meditation!
Make time for your inner change!

Imagine how simply 5 minutes of mindfulness can calm you and connect to the present moment. Now, what would happen, if you will meditate peacefully for 1 hour?

You will learn in this class how to make a relatively long practice of meditation more easy and productive.

We will skillfully combine a practice of meditation with mantra vocalization, progressively tuning deeper and deeper within.

Here are some key words on your path to success: SINCERITY, PERSEVERANCE, STRONG EFFORT, MOTIVATION, DISCIPLINE, FAITH, but also INTUITION, IMPROVISATION, FREEDOM, LOVE, HAPPINESS, PEACE, "JUST BEING".

Traditionally, meditation had been always an essential part of Yoga practice, and physical asanas/movements were meant not just for health and well-being, but to prepare the body and the mind for intensive periods of meditation sadhana.

La méditation est plus qu’un « esprit vide », la méditation n’est pas seulement une « activité de bien-être pour se détendre ». La méditation est le voyage intérieur!

To prepare for our 1-hour meditation we will walk in awareness & practice some sacred exercises. So please bring your yoga mat!

It is OK to adjust your meditation posture during 1 hour, you will learn how!

PROGRAM:
- Mindful walking
- Sacred exercises
- 1 Hour Mediation & Mantra challenge

DURATION: approximately 2-3 hours

WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle, a yoga mat, maybe a cushion – whatever you need to comfortably sit for one hour. It is OK to sit on a chair, cross-legged position is helpful but just an option.

The best way to learn about meditation, is to experience it!

WHO CAN ATTEND: everybody in a relatively good physical shape, being able to sit for one hour and do some light Yoga type physical exercises.

PREPARATION: if possible try to meditate regularly before this class.
