From ancient times, winter solstice had been recognized and celebrated as one of the most revered, spiritual times of the year.
Join this event to experience its magic through a deep immersion in harmonious vibrations and uplifting frequencies! Let's meet, practice together, get in touch with something deeply profound and sacred.

There will be a variety of musical instruments involved such as Pythagorean tones generator, singing bowls, shruti box, guitar, etc. The mantras will be simple so everyone can follow, yet powerful so everyone can feel their resonances.

TIME/DURATION: 11am to 1pm, please try to arrive 15 minutes early if you can!
MEETING PLACE: 7835 rue des Érables, this is a community center inside Nicolas-Tillemont park (le chalet du parc).
The closest metro station is D'Iberville; if you drive, it should be relatively easy to find a parking space around the park.

REGISTRATION: REQUIRED
LANGUAGE: English or Bilingual, as necessary.
WHAT TO BRING: a Yoga mat, a pillow, a cushion, to be comfortable, but we will have some Yoga mats too. Invite your spiritually hearted friends!
MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS: if you play an instrument, please feel free to bring it with you!
