Join us for another inspiring mindfulness walk, where we will look into the connection between the sense of vision and the inner state of mindfulness.
Mont Royal park is located on the remnants of ancient volcano and has many hidden places for inspiring walks and spiritual activities in Nature.

DURATION: approximately 2-3 hours.
MEETING PLACE: Mount Royal park, the front entrance of Smith House, next to the water fountain and a big parking lot. This is an old house with a small museum, gifts shop and a cafe. Meet us at the wooden table!

(Attention, this is NOT the house next to the Beavers lake, and this is NOT the house next to the lookout point over the downtown area).
PRICE: FREE
WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle, good walking shoes to be able to walk in the park, be dressed appropriately. We would walk around the park and make stops to discuss our experience and practice different techniques.
WHO CAN ATTEND: everybody in a relatively good physical shape, being able to walk in the park in current weather conditions.
