Workshop: The Hermetic Principle of Polarity: embracing opposites, creating wholeness

The Hermetic Law of Polarity teaches that everything has its pair of opposites and that these opposites are not separate realities but degrees along a spectrum.

When we recognise polarity, we begin to see reality as continuous rather than divided. Heat and cold are not two different 'things' but points along the same scale of temperature.

Similarly, success and failure are not absolute states but relative positions along a path of growth. Understanding the law of polarity can be a profound guide for understanding ourselves and life better, and it can be applied to relationships, leadership, creativity and many other fields.

It has also always been recognised as a powerful tool for inner transformation and for achieving more wholeness.
