OpenClaw was a great entry point.
But the more interesting question is:
What happens after the demo?
For Event #2, Practical Playbooks Club is moving beyond tool hype and into the harder, more useful conversation:
How does AI actually enter real workflows, real teams, and real organisations?
This session is for people who are:

  • already experimenting with AI tools, agents, or workflows
  • trying to move something from prototype to production
  • sitting close to a real business or operational problem
  • curious about where AI breaks when it meets compliance, trust, process, and organisational reality

Theme
Beyond OpenClaw: From AI Agent Demos to Real Industry Workflows
What to expect

  1. A short talk on the gap between AI demos and real adoption
  2. A few real case shares from people working on actual problems
  3. A structured discussion about what it takes to make AI useful in real work

This is a small curated session, not a large open meetup.
We are keeping the room intentionally small so that everyone can contribute. Priority goes to people who bring one of the following:

  • a real workflow they are using
  • a case they are working on
  • a real problem they want to unpack

Format

  • no pitches
  • no spectators
  • unfinished work is welcome
