FREE – 30-Minute Sacred Pause to Reconnect, Regulate & Restore

Beloved Priestess, take this midday moment as a sacred pause—a time to step out of the rush of the day and return to your center. In this 30-minute gathering, we will journey through guided, embodied meditation and gentle somatic practices to soothe your nervous system, release tension, and restore your energy.
You’ll be lovingly guided through 3–4 simple rituals for nervous system regulation, designed to help you feel more grounded, open, and resourced in your body and spirit.
Come exactly as you are—this is your temple space to reset, receive, and remember your own deep well of ease.
You may depart after our 30 minutes together or linger for an optional Q&A and heart-sharing. Please arrive on time so you can receive the full experience from start to finish.
