Event description
ow is your team? Is it greater or less than the sum of its parts? Is the team aligned? Are they effective? What might be getting in the way? How do people feel in their day to day?

Putting together and leading an effective team is tricky. There are a lot of personalities, energy, and interpersonal dynamics to manage - as well as dealing with those the team serves. However, getting this right is the key to a less stressful and more profitable business.

During this session we’ll explore how I help business owners explore the two key determinants of effective teams - team purpose and team culture. A team must be clear of why it exists (purpose) and how it operates (culture) in order to be effective. Using some case studies we’ll explore how teams can be aligned and brought together to get what’s important done!

We’ll explore:

• How might you align your team?
• What is culture and how is it formed?
• What might be some important elements of culture and team development to explore and how to do it!
