Garland Sketching Essentials for Absolute Beginners

If you have always wanted to learn how to draw but felt intimidated by the blank page, this session is for you. We are hosting a casual sketching workshop in Garland designed specifically for absolute beginners. We will cover the very basics of capturing shapes, understanding light and shadow, and getting comfortable with your pencil, all in a low-pressure environment where mistakes are just part of the process. You do not need to bring any special talent or prior experience to join us.

Our goal is to build a supportive community where you can learn the fundamentals of sketching at your own pace. Whether you are picking up a pencil for the first time in years or just looking for a creative outlet, this group is a safe space to ask questions and practice without judgment. Please bring a basic sketchbook and a couple of pencils if you have them, but don't worry if you are missing supplies—we will have enough to get everyone started.
