Practical Tarot presents - Finding the light in the Reading

This week at Practical Tarot we will allow ourselves to be inspired by the brightness of the Sun. The Sun radiates light and warmth, encourages life, bringing vitality, joy, fun and happiness and vitamin D.
Of course it is important to be aware of the challenging aspects of the Sun, for it can be too hot, exhausting, overbearing and demanding attention.
Regarding Tarot readings the Sun in a spread can provide clarity, A good omen as it were, as most people consult the Tarot for that very reason. Over the years teaching Practical Tarot one of the things that I have always encouraged members is to "Find the light in the reading".
For me it is a personal moral obligation as a Tarot reader to provide a positive message of upliftment. That doesn't mean providing false hope and sugar coating a situation, But as Tarot readers we want the querent to leave the reading feeling more positive than when they first sat down for the reading. Bringing awareness, focus and hopefully alleviating stress and confusion. However sometimes we can be faced with a Tarot spread which appears to be filled with challenging cards. So this week at Practical Tarot we will go back to basics and spend the evening as a group performing Tarot readings for each other and finding the light in the reading.
