Quest by quest. In one day or four evenings.
You type the commands yourself, one line at a time, and check that each quest really works. Main quests: everyone finishes them, in order. Side quests and pro quests: for fast finishers, or at home. Stuck? Raise your hand: Levi and the room help, and most people there are beginners too.

Chapter by chapter, quest by quest. Each quest has its commands on your screen, what you should see after them, and a rescue card for when you don't. Then you check the result: on your phone, in your inbox, on your dashboard.
Day zero, at home
Before you come.
A week before, you get the day-zero list: about 30 minutes at home to open the seven accounts your co-founder will use. Order a small server in Vienna first (Netcup), as a first order may need an ID check or a prepayment. Then put credit on OpenRouter for its brain, and sign up for Telegram, Groq, AgentMail, GitHub and Vercel. No commands at home: on the day you bring every account open in your browser, and we set up the server and Hermes together.
#### 2026 is the year of the personal agent.
We start with ten minutes on how we got here. 2024 was the chatbot: you ask, it answers. 2025 brought coding agents: you describe, they build. 2026 is the personal agent: a personality, its own computer, a chat with you on your phone, and work it starts before you ask. Most people still only chat. By tonight, you have your own.
You learn: The difference between a chatbot and an agent: an agent has a body, a computer where it runs commands, keeps its memory and acts on its own schedule.
