We will meet at 7:30AM Pacific Time and share practice that includes:

  • Yoga ~ 20-30 minutes
  • Pranayama ~ 5-10 minutes
  • Stillness meditation ~ 15-20 minutes

Open to new and experienced practitioners alike. The yoga sequence will be guided as will the pranayama (breathing exercises). There will be some suggestions given for the meditation as well.

The Zoom meeting will open 5 minutes before the start of practice. The meeting will also remain open afterwards, giving participants a chance to connect after the session.

The session costs $5.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
