Erdbeerfest Esslingen

We are going to the "Erdbeerfest Esslingen" and enjoy the spring.

Many attractions and tastings centered around the strawberry await you in early June on Esslingen’s Küferstraße. For the traditional Strawberry Festival, the red carpet is even rolled out for visitors in the Old Town.
The Küferstraße–Blarerplatz–Ottilienplatz merchants' association hosts the Strawberry Festival every June. On this day, the lanes and squares are entirely dedicated to the strawberry: it hangs from streetlights and in shop windows, and is available for purchase in a wide variety of preparations—or simply fresh and unadorned.
While a red carpet guides the public through the Strawberry Festival, a green carpet is rolled out on Ritterstraße for the Climate Festival.
In various pavilions, a colorful mix of information—and, above all, activities—is presented, all directly or indirectly related to climate protection. Nor is physical well-being neglected—with everything, naturally, being organic.
