#CommitToCreate is an opportunity for all levels of interest to practice creating and expressing your creative beast as a group or individually.

For 1 hour, the host will suggest short 5-10min creative activities (ex. drawing, word games, brainstorming, writing etc) to stimulate your creative juices and encourage creativity on the spot, like mixed media improv, followed by opportunities to share.

GUIDING PRINCIPALS

• Radical Inclusivity - All are welcome, in any and every way, at any time
• Radical Vulnerability - Lean into discomfort, take risks, fail often, welcome support
• Radical Non-Judgement - “Right/Wrong” and “Good/Bad” do not exist, not against yourself nor others

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• PURPOSE = to form a practice of creating and expressing your creative beast as a group or individually. In other words, the purpose is the practice
• We’re all new to this, practice patience and acceptance
• No one is forced to do anything; participate to whatever extent you want and in whatever way you want
• One at a time please
• Please keep content of the meeting confidential to allow for a safe space that fosters open creative expression.
