POSTPONED: Women's Retreat: Drinking from the Well of the Deep Self

Details

A retreat with Rebecca at a creek-side mountain house an hour from Southern Yosemite. Following the trail of Native American matriarchal mythology, we find hidden aspects of our own wisdom, strength and power, restoring our sense of wholeness and bringing new meaning and possibilities to ourselves and our lives. Our exploration is deepened and we nurture one another and ourselves through:
> Guided Meditation/visualization
> Authentic movement
> Mask-making
> Dream work
> Medicine walks in nature
> Time for rest and reflection
> Yummy, plentiful vegetarian/vegan meals
What to expect in the words of past participants:
> A melange of activities, art projects, and meaningful rituals, engaging body, mind, and spirit, interacting with other women and their stories, walking in the beautiful woods surrounding the property all helped me open up.
> I was able to integrate a past life experience, be creative, and address old fear.
> The retreat helped me be able to freely and authentically express myself.
> The retreat made me feel alive. I felt a sisterhood that stayed with me when I left. I felt love for myself, trust in myself, and a bigger sense of purpose.
Fee of $395 includes lodging in double room and vegetarian/vegan meals.
