Flow60 is a 60min daily practice to clear the mind, strengthen and stretch the body and feel all around better.
The practice includes 5 elements:
- body tapping (massaging the body with light taps),
- strength training,
- stretching,
- breathwork,
- meditation.
It's aim is to make it easier to drop deeper into meditation. While we are preparing the body and mind for meditation, we also release tension through tap massage, we get stronger with strength training, we relax the body with stretching and we clear the blockages through breathwork.
While regular practice lasts 60 minutes, it can be made shorter or longer according to our needs. The morning practice prepares and centres us for the upcoming day, while the evening practice clears the body and the mind of what has accumulated throughout the day. We sleep better, we think more clearly, we are less reactive and we can find more ease and peace in our everyday life.

There is no prerequisite knowledge or experience in any of the elements of the flow60 practice. Complete beginners as well as more experienced folk are very welcome :)
Let's meet in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, in the park Ain-Est Athlétisme. Google maps link is here https://g.co/kgs/gDh5vo1. Bring your yoga mat or a towel. Friends and family members are welcome as well. The practice will take about an hour and the remaining time is for sharing our experiences and getting to know each other :)
