Are you interested to learn more about how to let go of stress and appease the running thoughts? How to prepare the mind and the body for better sleep? Curious to learn methods to calm your nervous system and feel more peace in everyday life?
Then you're in the right place! :) For my own wellbeing I have been learning for years now how to ease my anxiety, slow down the racing thoughts and find ease in my body. I'd like to share what helped me with you and learn also from you.
We will be practising some relaxation methods and meditation so bring a towel or a yoga mat so you can comfortably lay down and relax.
