Join me for a soothing in-person session designed to help you unwind and reach a more balanced state.
Youโll be guided through simple yet powerful techniques such as body tapping, gentle stretching, body scanning, guided meditation and mindful breathing.
These practices will help you:
Release built-up tension
Quiet the busy mind
Reconnect with your body
Cultivate a sense of inner peace
No previous experience needed โ just bring a yoga mat or a towel to lay on, wear something comfortable and come as you are โจ You can bring a blanket or something to cover your eyes for extra coziness.
