We provide all the supplies you need to start meditating ( cushions, chairs, etc. ).

If you arrive a bit early, we're happy to review meditation postures and let you know what to expect from the meditation.

SCHEDULE:
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Setup and Orientation
7:00 pm - 7:40 pm - Seated Meditation ( Bell & Zazen )
7:40 pm - 8:30 pm - Dharma Talk & Discussion

Our discussion topics vary each week. They are designed to be open and accessible. Everyone is free to ask questions or share how the application of Pragmatic Buddhism is affecting their daily lives.

Join us for tea and cookies after the meditation and talk, if you like!

If you can't join us, try one of our 40 minute bell and silent meditations that you can do on your own until we can meet again!
