⏰ 10:00-11:00 - BUILD THE SCHEDULE
We gather and dedicate the first hour to create the schedule. Every attendee can pitch their topic on stage while others vote. The most popular sessions make it onto the schedule. By 11 AM, the day's agenda of ~20 sessions across 4 rooms is set.
💡 11:00-18:00 - LEAD OR LEARN
Jump into any session that interests you. Share your knowledge or ask questions. Every session is a real conversation where people challenge ideas, share perspectives, and build on each other's experiences.
