Down by Law, on Saturday 28.2 at 17h at Kino Aero

Please join us on Saturday, February 28th, for a screening of Down by Law at Kino Aero. The movie begins at 17:31. I’ll be at the Kino Aero bar from 5 pm; please look for me (wearing a beige coat) for a drink and a chat before the screening.

The movie, directed by filmmaker Jim Jarmusch and released in 1986, is a ‘neo-Beat noir comedy’ starring Tom Waits, John Lurie, and Roberto Benigni as ‘an unemployed disc-jockey, a small-time pimp and a strong-willed Italian tourist [who] meet in the confined space of a prison cell.’ (See here.)
