Composability in DeFi - "Two Cool Use Cases"
We will touch two interesting uses cases where composability is absolutely essential. One is how to design reinsurance and efficient security pools for lending protocols. The other builds on top of the first one and talks about "how to unlock value locked in your portfolio".

3. Talk: Guillermo Alda from Tauvlo
Tokenizaiton of real estate
Real estate is one of the best investments but it's highly restrictied and illiquid. Tokenization of real estate makes real estate investment accessible for everyone. We will go through the challenges and the opportunities tokenizaiton of real estate presents.
