Hike to Prachovské Skály & Tour of Jičín

Join us for a full day of adventure, natural beauty, and history as we hike through the spectacular Prachovské skály and explore the charming town of Jičín, the fairytale gateway to Bohemian Paradise!

Once part of the legendary Golden Path, Prachovské skály is a stunning sandstone “rock town” nestled in the heart of Bohemian Paradise (Český ráj). These ancient formations have been sculpted by wind and water over millions of years, creating a dramatic landscape of towering cliffs, narrow ravines, mysterious gorges, and panoramic viewpoints.

We’ll follow winding trails through this maze of stone giants, climb to hidden lookouts, and discover quiet alcoves tucked between mossy rock walls. It’s a place that feels both prehistoric and magical — a true paradise for hikers, nature lovers, and anyone with a curious spirit.

After the hike, we’ll head to nearby Jičín, often called the gateway to Bohemian Paradise. Famous for its Baroque architecture, arcaded main square, cobbled streets, legends and connection to the legendary robber Rumcajs, Jičín is full of charm. We’ll stroll through the Valdická Gate, explore the old town, and enjoy a bit of local history and atmosphere — maybe even with an ice cream or coffee in hand.
