Join us for a monthly in person expressive arts group where you can explore inner self, creativity, emotions and feelings. Together we are going to create a safe and inclusive space where we will dive into art making process, reflection and sharing. No art skills or experience required. Come as you are. Pay as you can.
About the host and teacher: My name is Julia and I’m an expressive arts therapist (degree from Toronto, Canada) and facilitator who specializes in processes of self-discovery, growth and healing combining expressive arts therapy, mindfulness and somatic movement. I am an artist, admirer of planet Earth and Universe. My passion is human lives and exploration of our worlds, dancing with my soul, ceramics and nature.
