1) Jakub Wosyka (Betsys) - GRPC REST comparison: Present benchmarks comparing the performance of gRPC and REST API in Go.
Highlight gRPC's efficiency in terms of lower latency and reduced bandwidth consumption.
Showcase how gRPC's binary serialization format contributes to its performance advantages.
Bio: Jakub has active experience with Golang for 3+ years. He initially worked in the transportation industry, developing complex software solutions for taxi dispatch centers and backend systems for an Android application used in conjunction with taximeters. Prior to his software development career, Jakub spent over 10 years working in various roles within the transportation sector.
2) Daniel Milde (Outreach) - The Dark side of gRPC: gRPC has been with us for quite a while now, and it brings with it a lot of goodies. On the other hand, there are still some problems and difficulties - let us talk about them!
