Join RSP Adventures for an unforgettable day trip to the Šumava Forest, part of the largest continuous forest landscape in Central Europe. Together with the neighboring Bavarian Forest, Šumava forms what’s known as the "Green Roof of Europe" — a land of deep forests, glacial lakes, medieval castles, and untouched wilderness.

Our hike will take us to two of Šumava’s most iconic and mystical sites — the glacial Černé (Black) and Čertovo (Devil’s) Lakes. Nestled among steep forested slopes, these ancient lakes are silent witnesses to the last Ice Age, and their dark waters have long been surrounded by legends and natural beauty.

And if you're a history lover, you're in the right place — not far from our trail lies the famous Šumava Castle Trio (Šumavské trojhradí): Velhartice, Kašperk, and Rabí castles, perched like stone sentinels above the forest.
