The highlight of the festival is the magnificent historical procession, when King Jan Lucemburský (John of Luxembourg) arrives in the town with his royal entourage, accompanied by knights, musicians, and performers. The atmosphere of medieval Znojmo returns as the old town fills with music, dancing, theatre performances, and thrilling knightly tournaments.
