would you like to try meditation, but have not had the opportunity yet? Then you are in the right place and Monday meditation is the righ thing for you. Let´s make Monday better and prepare for all week! 😃

This Monday online meditation event is only for those who:
👉have never meditated before or have tried meditating in the past and would like to return to meditation after a long break
👉who would like to try meditation but do not currently have the financial means to participate in paid events
👉 who are stressed and trying to find a way to calm down and would like to try meditation
👉 are beginners – i.e., they do not organize meditation events for others themselves, nor do they organize paid meditation events.

I will guide you through meditation in a friendly and entertaining way.🦄 I hope you will enjoy it 😊🙏

During 40 minutes:

📌 I will share with you:
➡ Benefits of meditation.
➡ Types of meditation.
➡ What you can feel and what happened with your mind and body during medation.
➡ My experience with mediation and how meditation changed my life. So I will explain why I feel I should share it with you.

We will try:
🧘‍♀️ Short guided meditation.

And there will be more! I will share what I heard from people - why they do not meditate (these are often misconceptions) and I will explain the reality🧐.

About me:
My name is Andrea, and meditation is an important part of my life for almost 10 years. I practise meditation almost every day for more then 5 years and has brought many benefits to my life.

Now, after many years with meditation in my life, I would like to share my experience with others by online meetings (later also through personal meetings). My intention is help others to feel better, better manage and reduce stress and also better handle daily and life challenges. I will help you activate your superpower💪😀

I would like to add that I am not a certified meditation instructor but meditation is my passion and I would like to kindly share it with you and explain it clearly and simply 👩‍🔧
