An immersive experience to explore PRESENCE, PURPOSE and POWER through heart-to-heart conversations with other men.

𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗻 has been engaged in men’s communities since 1996, primarily with the ManKind Project in California, Pennsylvania and New Mexico in the US. Professionally, he has been facilitating leadership development workshops for over 25 years, including women’s leadership and corporate gender initiatives. He also has a Masters degree in Spiritual Psychology, is a Professional Certified Coach, and has been a loving dad and partner since the last millennium.

𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗸 𝗟𝘆𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻 has been engaged in men’s work and mentoring since 2019. After an international corporate career, he has spent the past decade supporting leaders and leadership teams as an Executive Coach and facilitator, specializing in vertical development and team dynamics.
A Professional Certified Coach and avid student of Jung, and he is now in his 23rd year of marriage and a devoted father to his daughter.

We start with breathwork to ground ourselves, continue with a quick round of introductions, and then invite the men on the call to ask questions about anything related to being a man. We have discussed self-worth, father wounds, grieving, intimate relationships, parenting and more.
