If you're excited about real estate investing, this is the right group for you! Let's meet, drink some coffee, and share our experiences. No previous experience with real estate investing is required although any experience (and your willingness to share it with us) will be greatly appreciated!
More specifically, we can talk about:
• How to find great investment deals.
• Financing deals by money from private lenders, through mortgages, etc.
• Finding the right type of tenants.
• How to properly (and cheaply) rehab a property.
• What else to do with it (sell it, keep it, AirBnB it, ...)
• How to optimize taxes associated with real estate investing.
• ... or anything else you feel like talking about.
