Prague's Newest SciFi Book Club (English-language)

Science Fiction Book Club Members,

Thank you community for an entire year of incredible insights, opinions, along with your enthusiasm in discovering new stories and authors. Witnessing the real life connections made each month is so inspiring!

Our November poll winner is A Psalm for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers (Hugo Award Winner, 2022).

On the solarpunk moon of Panga, a unsatisfied non-binary tea monk named Sibling Dex leaves their quiet vocation to search for deeper meaning in the untamed wilderness. Deep in the woods, Dex encounters a giant, self-aware robot named Mosscap, who has left the wild to check in on humanity. Through a slow and philosophical journey together, the pair share comforting conversations that help Dex discover they do not need to earn their existence to be valid.

With gratitude,
Alejandra y Richard
