Your fixer has given you a trial job - a kind of test of your skills. A certain liner will arrive at the port, where exotic high-stakes gambling games will take place on board. Your task is to infiltrate it posing as one of the players and steal an artifact that, according to rumors, will be on display on this liner.
Neon&Dragons is a cyberpunk setting and system in a world unlike ours: here, humans live alongside elves and orcs, some possess telekinesis, and terrifying dragons are not a myth but everyday reality.
