Welcome! This group aims to connect people who are:
1.) Curious about tribal fusion bellydance and want to try it
2.) Have been practicing tribal fusion bellydance for years and want to connect
Both classes and general meetups will be offered. Events are in Prague, but we can discuss if we want to arrange trips to tribal fusion festivals in Europe, outside of CZ.

I am hosting two workshops on Saturdays in Stromovka Park where I will teach you the foundational basics of tribal fusion bellydance plus a choreography.
Are you...1.) Someone who has never studied dance but wants to learn a dance that is accessible and creative? This class is for you!
2.) Someone who is already a dancer but hasn't studied fusion bellydance and is intrigued by its creative possibilities? This class is for you!

Class Outline

15 Minutes conditioning warm-up and stretch
20 Minutes drills and explanation of technique
20 Minutes learn and practice choreography
5 Minutes cooldown
Feel free to stay and stretch after the class if you like.

Tribal fusion bellydance is a style of bellydance that combines classical Egyptian bellydance with other dance styles from around the world such as flamenco, modern dance, and hip hop. There are different styles of tribal fusion bellydance including Modern Fusion, American Tribal Fuson, and Dark Fusion.

About Me

Bethany first discovered bellydance when she took a trial class of Egyptian bellydance and decided to enroll. Later, she discovered tribal fusion bellydance and fell in love. Bethany spent some years studying with Sashi of Ascend Tribal and currently studies with Ethel Anima. KJ has performed in many locations in Southern Cal and Iceland, mostly fusion bellydance, but also African dance and as a fire performer. She also taught a beginning tribal fusion bellydance course in Reykjavík, Iceland.
