Coaching Skills Practicum

Coaching skills are essential for managers. Instead of simply telling your team what to do, it's better to tap into their creativity and expertise. By using coaching skills, you can facilitate their thinking and help them develop their own solutions—solutions they are more likely to act on.
In this event, two people will coach and get feedback on how to improve their coaching skills. All others will observe coaching conversations and gain insights into using coaching skills in work-related discussions.
