Flint Hills Contra Dance in Manhattan

Another dance for May!! We've had so much fun dancing this year!
Contra dance is very beginner friendly! No partner required. You do not need to know fancy footwork in advance. If you can walk in time to music and count to 8, you should be good to go. Come join us - and bring a friend!

The Band this month is the Wakarusa Roundabouts, and Jill Allen is calling.

6:15: Registration
6:30: Beginners lesson
7:00-9:30: Dance
$10 cash at the door (Kids are free)

Bring a snack to share if you want. You may also want to bring water to drink.

Location note: PEACE MEMORIAL CITY AUDITORIUM
Address is 1101 POYNTZ AVE (just south of City Park), but the parking lot and entrance to the auditorium is in the back at the corner of 11th Street and Houston.
