10 Pillars of Awakening PranAsana Playshop!

PranAsana Yoga is the yoga of energy work on the LIGHT BODY! Every session involves cleaning shadow and imprinting love, wisdom and truth.
In this session we will clean and dissolve ego distortions and imprint the 10 Pillars of Awakening,

Throughout the session, more elaboration on the Five Commandments and Five Noble Truth shall be delivered. THIS session will upgrade and transform anyone that participates. (Summary of 10 Pillars below)

PranAsana Yoga includes breathwork, meridian stimulation, mudras, mantras, affirmations, movement, meditation and visualization. This cocktail of multiple ingredients creates deep inner cleaning and immediate transformation into higher states of peace, empowerment and transformation. ALL are welcome!

In addition to our practices, ALL will enjoy crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, horns, drums and gong!

Please dress comfortably. No mat needed but blanket is great. Do not eat prior to attendance. Last meal should be no later than 1 hour prior to session. Empty stomach best. Hydration is important. 10 Pillars of Awakening

Five Commandments
1.Know Thy SELF. All are emanations of Infinite Source Consciousness; ALL are Infinite, Eternal, Interconnected, Love, Light consciousness evolving! Most are attached to separation, ego-clinging and externals for joy. YOUR work is YOU!
2. Heal Thyself. The first and only sin is not knowing who you are and the first and most important healing is to see and transcend attachment to the temporary ego construct and cultivate True Self embodiment. And heal, clean, transform ego imprints, addictions and shadow habits that create contractive expansion for self and others.
3. Love Thyself. Set out to heal and transform ALL distortions in self with endless love, forgiveness, compassion and gratitude.
4. Love everyone as Thyself. From transcendence of temporary self into embodiment of TRUE SELF, love others, forgive others, understand others, thank others, serve others and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SAVE ANYONE.
5. Live from the knowingness that there is no separate self. Ego clinging and separation are the fundamental delusions. ALL are ONE!

Five Noble Truths

1. ALL is consciousness evolving. ALL consciousness is creation unfolding upon itself as neutral, expansive or contractive. Expansive creation serves ALL. Contractive creation serves some and hurts others. Neutral creation is rare. ALL emanations of Infinite Source Consciousness have free will to use creation and learn from contractive unfoldment as well as expansive unfoldment. Your life is your creation. Own it. Heal it. Transform it.
2.Dualist contrast is a component of the evolution of consciousness and necessary for the expansion of consciousness. Up/down, hot/cold/, light/dark, harmony/suffering, love/hate, abundance/lack, peace/war, etc. are ALL necessary and beautiful opportunities to awaken to higher truth. To awaken to the illusion of separation. TO AWAKEN to the reality that I, ME, YOU, WE created it!!! And I, ME, WE, YOU can uncreate delusion and create peace, love and Joy!
3. ALL suffering and discontent (contractive creation) has its origin in ego clinging. The unconscious think, act and live from ALL things I, Me, My, Mine. Pride, power, fame, money, body, separation, delusion. The AWAKENED think, act and live from Infinite Oneness and Expansive creation. Harmony, love, peace, liberation, abundance are AWAKENED creation.
4. YOU are the sculptor and the rock. ALL emanations from Infinite Consciousness have the infinite potential to see, heal, grow, create and EVOLVE into higher and higher consciousness, perfect PEACE, perfect health, harmony, joy, love and eternal expansion. EACH unique expression of Infinite Source Consciousness has the option to use its FREE WILL to heal, learn, expand and evolve or NOT! Sooner or later…ALL DO! YOU are a powerful sovereign creator. USE IT to evolve, learn, heal, grow and expand. BE LIGHT!
5. The way out of delusion, unconsciousness and ego clinging is Infinite and Unconditional Love. Surrender to Infinite Love. Devote your life to Infinite Love. Love your delusions to death. Love your ignorance to death. Love your contractive creations to death. Love learning. Love forgiving. Love wisdom. Love ALL as ONE!
