Introduction to PranAsana Yoga

This session is intended to provide the fundamental framework for understanding PranAsana Yoga and learning to use and benefit from the transformational process it provides.
Most yoga practices today focus on postures and some include breathwork. PranAsana yoga focuses on your essence, your consciousness, your heart...YOUR LIGHT BODY! Everyone can benefit from engaging in these practices; however, it is important to understand what is happening and the process of using the "Equation for Transformation."
The "Equation for Transformation," includes multiple types of breathwork, meridian stimulation, mudras, mantras, affirmations, movement, meditation and visualization. Each session, whether it be 20 minutes or 2 hours involves energy work for higher functioning, greater peace and elimination of stress, fear and worry. Imagine living in higher empowerment, peace and creativity ALL the time.
This session will include both basic and advanced teachings with ALL practices done gently with grace and ease. ANYONE CAN DO THIS and anyone can repeat this session as many times as necessary. Each session will include new practices offered gently and slowly with a repeat of the basics necessary to benefit from daily use.
ALL sessions will include essential oils, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, horns and gong played throughout session and for savasana.
