Anyone with any interest in meditation, spirituality, pranayama. Any levels welcome. Just sharing some of knowledge passed down to me through my Mom (a yoga teacher in India ) & my granddad who wrote a book on Yoga (“Sampurna Yoga”) & some of my own learnings hehe. Time to get together and experience spirituality and yogic philosophy and Vedic knowledge.
