An informal talk on the ancient and profound system of Hatha Yoga followed by an inclusive session of Pranayama breathing techniques.
This session is for anyone interested in wellbeing or spirituality โ no prior experience in Yoga is needed.
We will explore how Yoga is a practical system for total wellbeing of body, mind and spirit and finish with some Pranayama techniques to leave you feeling blissful and serene.
